Iris Rojas Davis EA is the founder of Iris Tax & Financial Services LLC, a tax and financial planning organization. She is considered a Guru in the tax industry and yet her impact is on a much broader scale.
As a member of NAPA (the national association of professional women) she has honed and refined her leadership skills to a fine edge.
Her keen insight and collaborative nature bring people of many different backgrounds, cultures and personalities together to thrive as groups, organizations and communities.
Her passion for social change through inclusion and intelligent action has always fueled her interest in how communities both large and small can function in a more efficient way.
Iris strongly believes in giving back to her community in Tampa and Valrico, Florida, spending much of her free time volunteering at her Non Profit Organization, The Davis Rojas Foundation of which she is the founding member.
This organization focuses on helping once incarcerated individuals reenter society to be a productive member offering skills training, financial training learning how to manage money and increase its value while making new homes and living arrangements available.
In addition to this terrific organization she’s also a primary member and facilitator for many local charity events.
She spends her personal time with her husband, Michael, and their five beautiful children and four grandchildren

I stand for a values-based society that focuses on diversity and inclusion where empathy and support build a strong foundation for an even stronger society.
I believe in strong and sustainable programs that will elevate people from all walks of life to become strong and self-dependent.
I also strongly believe in supporting social and economic welfare programs that provide access to quality healthcare, education, and affordable housing with programs in place to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and grow.
Ultimately, my political stance is rooted in empathy and compassion, understanding the importance of uplifting and supporting each other to create a more just and caring society.
